Downtown/Midtown Service Issues
We are still replacing equipment that feeds the 33136 area code.
1300 hrs :: We have been able to restore service but at reduced speeds and slight inconstancy.
1400 hrs :: All issues have been resolved.
Outage Affecting Speeds and Service in Certain Areas
Early this morning we were alerted to a few backhaul links either down or at low capacity. We already have techs enroute and are working on increasing speed where we can while they bring the links back to 100%.
Most links have been restored to normal and a majority of the affected customers have been restored.
